Who are we? 

We are a new media company currently in a start-up phase. We are currently focusing on the health and wellness domain as we see a world of possibilities to really add value to the growing nature of this domain. We are inspired by Medical Tourism but are not in that business directly. We are enabling the healthcare players to be ready for that business and offer a promotional platform to companies that target medical tourism as their key business.  

We are a group of people with experience and work exposure with companies like Google, Yahoo, Indiatimes etc who are putting our brains together to create a successful business out of offering value to the medical practitioners. Even though we are currently operate from a scrappy bootstrapped environment, we know that creativity thrives in chaos. We offer opportunities for growth to anyone who has an open mind, entrepreneurial zeal and can think out of the box to add value to our users.  

We are looking for a team that can create and maintain an environment that can touch, move and inspire everyone around to play on the court and make a difference to our customers business and generate value for them and the company.

  Where are we located? 

We are operating out of a temporary incubation space at New Rajinder Nagar which is located near Shankar Road in New Delhi. We in Central Delhi when you go towards West Delhi, approximately 5 kms from Connaught Place; 6 kms from Dhaula Kuan and about 1 km from Ganga Ram Hospital.  

How is it to work at Mansai? 

Our objective is to create value for our internal and external stake holders and we do whatever is required to be able to do so. We encourage you to share your ideas and if you can sell it to the management and the team, you get to own the project and give it shape. It is a truly collaborative environment. Being a start up, we are definitely not lavish in frills and fancies, but yes we are participative and can share our growth together.

Content Manager

Job description 

As some companies put it, Internet is a busy place and is getting bigger and bigger each day. While the world is out there to create a place for themselves in the ABC (Astrology, Bollywood & Cricket) of content space, we at Mansai are looking at niche areas that offer great opportunities for the future.  In order to create an impact in the industry, we are always looking for people with ideas and execution talent to create innovative products that help us offer value to our users each and every day.

Content Managers work as a part of the “User Experience” team comprising visual designers, web developers, researchers  and strategists. Content Managers are expected to work collaboratively with their peers, Product Managers and business stakeholders to ideate, research, develop content for the internet properties at Mansai Media in its corporate product development process.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy and Create development plans for web content; recommend content types and organization based on user needs and market goals.
  • Conduct an audit of existing and new content to identify content gaps
  • Develop useful, usable content including instructional text, error and confirmation messages, taglines, taxonomy and nomenclature.
  • Write effective metadata and optimize content for search engines.
  • Develop and maintain the tone and writing guidelines by which all online content is governed. 
    Possess an excellent understanding of the basics of user experience design, and the ability to translate information architecture documentation.
  • Define content research requirements for effective user research and testing.

Required Skills:

  • Expert level attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and communication skills needed to maintain brand integrity and dialogue with users.
  • Ability to create well-written and accurate content.
  • Considerable experience presenting content strategy deliverables to business sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Education and Experience:

Product Manager

Job Description 

Are you passionate about building great internet products and services, the technologies that power them? Would you like to work towards changing the face of an industry and how various players in the domain currently work? As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision and full life-cycle of product management for various product offerings / channels on our unique portal, including analyzing customer needs, defining product strategy, building appropriate product requirements, and executing on a day-to-day basis, communicating with internal and external stake holders to articulate business value. You will work with the business, technical and content teams to drive products from conceptualization to proof-of-concept to completion of the project.

Key responsibilities 

  • Oversee aspects of the development and operation of the product, to achieve the goals for customer engagement and long term business value for the company.
  • Lead the development of the product vision including defining the consumer value proposition, mapping the long-term product and business strategy, and planning the development, re;ease and growth of the products.
  • You will serve as the owner ensuring quality and decision maker around trade-offs between features, resources and time.
  • Manage end-to-end product life cycle: conceptualize, prioritize internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, drive product development through close interaction with technical and related teams, and coordinate with customers and the team deploying the product.
  • Create and maintain ongoing product road map and product schedules.
  • Build positive relationship and trust with end-customer through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and effective communication.

  • Exposed: You have experience in defining and delivering commercial products and working across the entire product life cycle.
  • Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications 

  • Computer Science Engineer (preferred, not a must) with an MBA
  • 3-5 years of product management experience with at-least 2 yrs in consumer web space
  • Hard core get-it-done attitude (with proof on your resume) will be given preference
  • You must have a strong product sense with understanding of the consumer side
 

User Interaction Designer

Job Description 

As a UI designer, you will be responsible for planning the overall design strategy, interaction design models and specifications related to design. You will ensure that workable designs with great aesthetics are created without making the website slow or even difficult to use.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Create designs for new websites launched regularly
  • Create compelling designs that reflect our brand whether it is for our template design options or unique designs for our custom web projects
  • Maintain the design strategy of the company and ensure it is followed in all our new designs.
  • Create web pages, icons and other visual assets
  • Implement htmllL and CSS related to the page

Required Skills

  • Not a perfectionist: You know how and are comfortable taking shortcuts to get the best bang for the buck rather than shooting for your dream UI
  • Results–driven: If a “click here” call to action performs better than a call to action that isn’t jazzy sounding name, you go with the “click here”
  • Organized: You create order from chaos. You can organize processes and webpage flows whenever necessary but you don’t fix what’s not broken.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where ideas are thought of, described, and executed within a span of hours to days.

Qualifications

  • Preferably studied at an art school
  • Expert knowledge of photoshop, corel draw, illustrator and flash
  • Knowledge of CSS and htmlL will be an advantage for our teams
 

Web Developer

Job Description 

As a Web Developer, you will be working very closely with the Product Manager and / or the Content Manager to breakdown high level goals into tasks and timelines. You will be designing and implementing chunks of product plans. You will certainly have a point of view and should be willing to debate it with the other team members involved in the project. Giving shape and form to the Product / Content Manager’s dream within timelines will be your responsibility. 

Required skills 

  • 2 plus years of experience as a software developer
  • You should be able to appreciate owning a full spectrum of responsibilities from backend (SQL, memcache etc.) to the frontend (PHP, Javascript, FEML, FBJS)
  • Detail-Oriented: When someone sends you an email, it gets handled without any need for follow-up
  • Interested in working in the social networking space as much as in a web 1.0 environment
  • Comfortable working in an environment where ideas are thought of, described, and executed within a span of hours to days.

Qualifications

  • Computer Science or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
  • 2 years experience with at-least 1 year facing the web product with high level of scale (e.g. large portal)
  • You must have a strong product sense and understand ding of the consumer side
  • You enjoy writing software, its a fun space for you and you are not just doing it for a job. You would have worked on projects of your own outside of your course / school / work
  • You should definitely have an entrepreneurial bent of mind with multi-tasking and going beyond the need of the hour being normal. Must be comfortable working in a start-up yet effective environment.

Sales Manager (Online Ad Sales) 

Job Description 

Sales Manager position is directly responsible for acquiring high value clients. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining deep partnerships with Mansai Media’s clients and agencies. The position involves selling to advertisers, cross-selling new products; understand their advertising metrics and achieving revenue goals.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire & develop new advertisers / sponsors for Mansai Media’s internet properties.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts, understanding companies business models and products; understanding the internet advertising environment.
  • Understand and analyze the client ROI, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics etc.
  • Develop ongoing improvements to the process of prospecting, qualifying and closing key accounts.
  • Understand and strategize how Mansai’s products and advertising offerings can help in reaching its sales and marketing goals.
  • Expand relationships by identifying products and services that best meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product and content teams at Mansai on the needs and requirements of the clients.
  • Regular face to face client visits to build & maintain deep level partnerships.
  • Maintain & improve proficiencies in internet advertising space.
  • Responsible for special projects from time to time.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business or any equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 plus years experience in online media sales

Sales Manager (Medsites Program) 

Job Description 

Sales Manager position is directly responsible for acquiring new clients. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining deep partnerships with healthcare institutions and doctors. The position involves selling web designing and development to doctors, cross-selling new products like listings; understand their client needs and achieving revenue goals.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch, negotiate and close web designing & development projects for doctors, clinics, nursing homes and hospitals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets demonstrating highly focused sales efforts
  • Must try and understand the healthcare domain and the client needs keeping in mind the code of ethics which binds the clients
  • Develop and nurture deep relationships with the medical fraternity to ensure participation in companies new projects and programs
  • Develop ongoing improvements to the process of prospecting, qualifying and closing key accounts.
  • Understand and strategize how Mansai’s products and advertising offerings can help in reaching its sales and marketing goals.

Skills / Qualifications
